Coil — passive immobilizer — alarm system (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the top and bottom overlays of a steering column.

STEERING, Steering gear, Steering column cover.

2. Remove the coil from the steering column lock.

3. Save the highlight ring.

4. Disconnect the block and remove the coil.

Installation

1. Install the illumination ring.

2. Install the coil and attach the block.

3. Establish the top and bottom overlays of a steering column.
