Heater control panel — for cars after 2004 (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the audio system including a radio receiver and a CD player.

ENTERTAINMENT, REPAIRS, Radio/CD Player - models from 04MY.

2. Remove 4 screws securing the heater control panel to the control panel.

3. Pull out the heater control panel assembly to access the cables.



4. Disconnect the throttle control cables from the control handles and levers.

5. Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors from the heater control panel.

6. Remove the heater control panel.

Installation

1. Install the heater control panel assembly.

2. Attach connector blocks.

3. Connect cables and fix them on levers by means of collars.

4. Replace the heater control panel and secure it with screws.

5. Install the audio system.
