Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
WARNING: Fuel vapors are highly flammable and in an enclosed area are also toxic and explosive. There must be a fire extinguisher in the room where fuel is removed from the fuel tank (foam, carbon dioxide - CO2, gas or powder).
2. Raise the car on a lift.
3. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of the fuel pump in gathering with the filter to a body.
4. Lower the fuel pump and filter assembly down.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the heater pump.
6. Place a container under the fuel lines to collect escaping fuel.
7. Disconnect the fuel lines from the heater pump.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing system components, make sure that the surfaces adjacent to the connection points are free of dirt. Install plugs in fittings and piping to keep dirt out of the system.
8. Release from fastening and remove the pump of a heater from the fuel pump in gathering with the filter.
Installation
1. Wipe the fuel line connections.
2. Install the heater pump to the fuel pump assembly with filter and secure it.
3. Connect the fuel lines to the heater pump.
4. Remove the fuel collection container from under the fuel lines.
5. Connect the electrical connector to the heater pump.
6. Establish the fuel pump in gathering with the filter on a body, wrap bolts of fastening and tighten them with the moment of 10 Nanometers.
7. Lower the car on the lift.
8. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
