Subwoofer — removal and installation (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Unscrew the 2 screw ties and lift the lid of the box in the cargo area.



2. Remove the 16 screws securing the subwoofer cover and remove the subwoofer cover.



3. Note the position of the Lucar blocks for later installation and disconnect the 4 Lucar blocks from the subwoofer.

4. Remove the 4 nuts securing the subwoofer and remove the subwoofer.

Installation

1. Install the subwoofer and tighten the nuts to 2 Nm.

2. Attach the Lucar pads to the subwoofer.

3. Install the subwoofer cover and secure with screws.

4. Close the lid of the box in the cargo area and secure it with the tie rods.
