Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the upper arm.
KV6 ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, Left cylinder head camshafts, Right engine support bracket assembly.
3. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of a basic arm to a forward plate of the engine and remove an arm.
4. Using a 3/8 square lever, move the accessory belt tensioner up and remove the belt from the alternator pulley.
5. Loosen and remove the implement drive belt from the remaining rollers.
Installation
1. Clean mating surfaces of belt and pulleys.
NOTE: Check belt condition for wear. Cracks in the side of the belt are not damage. A drive belt that has lost or missing parts must be replaced.
2. Put a new belt on the crankshaft pulley.
3. Raise the belt tensioner and install the drive belt on the power steering pump, alternator and compressor pulleys. Make sure the belt is correctly positioned in the pulley grooves.
4. Install the front mounting bracket to the engine front plate and tighten the bolts to 45 Nm.
5. Install the upper arm.

6. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
