Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Empty the air conditioning system and collect the refrigerant.

3. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of pipelines of the conditioner to the expansion valve, disconnect pipelines, remove and discard sealing rings. Plug the openings of the air conditioning pipes.
CAUTION: Do not disconnect the air conditioning hoses until the system is completely empty.
4. Loosen 2 type screws "Allen" fastening the thermostatic valve to the bulkhead of the engine compartment. Remove the valve and discard the o-rings.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing system components, make sure that the surfaces adjacent to the connection points are free of dirt. Install plugs in fittings and piping to keep dirt out of the system.
Installation
1. Clean mating surfaces and sealing locations for evaporator, expansion valve (TXV) and pipelines.
2. Lubricate new O-rings with clean refrigerant and install them on the expansion valve piping.
3. Connect the pipes to the expansion valve and tighten the bolts to 5 Nm.
4. Fill the air conditioning system.

5. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
