Emptying the air conditioner
WARNING: Air conditioning service should only be performed by technicians who are experienced with both vehicle systems and air conditioning testing and charging equipment. All work should be carried out in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames and heat sources.
1. Remove the protective caps from the high and low pressure connections.
2. Connect the high and low pressure hoses to the appropriate fittings.
3. Open the taps on the fittings.
4. Set the filling station taps to the desired position.
5. Turn the gas station switch to the desired position.
6. Turn the main switch to position "ON" (Included).
7. Perform the process of collecting refrigerant from the air conditioner using a filling station.
CAUTION: Be sure to recover the refrigerant by recycling before reusing it. This ensures that the refrigerant is properly cleaned to ensure the safe operation of the air conditioner. Refrigerant recovery should only be performed using equipment that meets the requirements of SAE J2210. The use of other equipment may not provide the required level of refrigerant purification. A filling station designed to operate with R134a refrigerant must not be used with other types of refrigerant. Automotive air conditioning systems cannot use locally produced R134a refrigerant obtained from the normal commercial network.
8. Close the filling station taps.
9. Turn the main switch to position "OFF" (Turned off).
10. Close the taps on the fittings.
11. Disconnect the fuel station high and low pressure hoses from the A/C system.
12. Install the protective caps on the fittings.
13. Open the refrigerant drain valve located on the back of the station.
14. Measure and record the amount of refrigerant drained from the system.
15. Close the valve at the back of the station.

Refueling the air conditioner
WARNING: The system should be emptied immediately before refueling. Pauses between emptying and filling are not allowed.
1. Close the filling station taps.
2. Close the station's oil filling valve.
3. Disconnect the yellow hose from the gas station.
4. Remove the cover from the oil filling unit.
5. Fill the required amount of refrigerant into the charging system.

6. Install the cover on the oil filling unit system.
7. Attach the yellow hose to the gas station.
8. Open the filling valve of the station.
9. Move the pointer on the refrigerant amount gauge to measure the level to which the amount of refrigerant will decrease when charging.
10. Slowly open the appropriate filling station tap and fill the A/C system under vacuum.
11. After the required amount of refrigerant has been charged into the air conditioning system, close the filling station tap.
