Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Raise the rear of the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
3. Remove the front wheel.
4. Remove the outer cover.

5. Remove both protective boot clamps and discard the clamps.
6. Remove the protective cover from the shaft.
Installation
1. Wipe the drive shaft and protective boot.
2. Lubricate the hinge with the grease from the tube.
3. Put a new protective cover on the shaft.
4. Lubricate the hinge with grease from the tube.
5. Place boot on hinge and use tool LRT-99-019 to install two new clamps.
6. Install the outer cover.

7. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
8. Remove props and lower the car.
9. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
