Dismantling
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Clamp the brake hose to prevent leakage of brake fluid.
4. Lay down an absorbent cloth to prevent splashing of the working fluid.
5. Loosen the coupling that secures the brake line to the brake hose and remove the coupling.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
6. Remove the retaining ring that secures the brake hose to the shock absorber bracket. Remove the brake hose from the bracket.
7. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring and brake hose from the shock absorber.
8. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring from the hub.
9. Turn away two nuts and remove two bolts of fastening of a nave to a shock-absorber rack of a suspension bracket.
10. Disconnect the shock absorber from the hub.
11. Remove the lower decorative overlay of a back part of the side panel.

12. Turn away 3 nuts of fastening of the top support of the shock-absorber and remove a spring and the shock-absorber in gathering.
13. Remove the rubber o-ring from the top support.
14. Clamp a suitable spring compressor in a vise.
ATTENTION: Pay attention to the relative position of the upper support, spring and protective cover of the shock absorber.
15. Install the spring and damper assembly into the fixture. Compress the spring.
16. Mark the top support and spring.
17. Remove the cap from the top support.
18. Compress the spring 2-3 cm to release the top support. Holding the shock absorber rod with a wrench type "Allen", remove and discard the top support nut.
19. Remove washer and top support.
20. Remove the spring support cup.
21. Remove base plate and compression stop.
22. Remove the spring seat, protective boot, and compression stroke stop support.
23. Remove the shock absorber from the spring.
24. Decompress the spring and remove it from the fixture.
Installation
1. Inspect the shock absorber, spring seat rubbers, and top mount bearing for wear and damage.
2. Clean the mating surfaces of the spring and its bearing cups.
3. Clean shock absorber rod and compression stop support.
4. Install the spring and damper assembly into the tool. Compress the spring.
5. Assemble shock absorber and spring. Make sure the spring is seated in the recess in the lower spring seat.
6. Install the shock absorber support and shock absorber protective cover on the shock absorber.
7. Install compression stop and base plate.
8. Install the upper spring seat and washer.
9. Holding the shock absorber rod with a type wrench "Allen", install a new nut and tighten it to 57 Nm.
ATTENTION: Pay attention to the relative position of the upper support, spring and protective cover of the shock absorber.
10. Install the top support cap.
11. Decompress the spring and remove it from the fixture.
12. Clean the seating surface of the top support.
13. Install the rubber o-ring on the top support.
14. Establish a shock-absorber rack and align the top support concerning a body. Fit the nuts and tighten them to 45 Nm.
15. Establish the lower decorative overlay of a back part of the side panel.

16. Connect the hub to the shock absorber and tighten the bolts with a torque of 205 Nm.
17. Clean the surface of the wheel speed sensor, apply an anti-stick lubricant, and install it on the hub.
CAUTION: Make sure that the wheel speed sensor is fully inserted into the hub, i.e. touching the ring gear.
18. Attach the brake hose and wheel speed sensor wiring to the shock absorber.
19. Secure the brake hose with the C-clip.
20. Remove plugs and clean the end of the brake line.
21. Attach the brake hose to the pipeline, tighten the coupling with a torque of 14 Nm.
22. Remove the clamp from the brake hose.
23. Bleed the brake system.
BRAKING SYSTEM, ADJUSTMENTS, Bleeding of air from the brake system.
24. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
25. Remove props and lower the car.
