Sleeve of a forward support of a case of differential (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the left support.

REAR AXLE AND MAIN DRIVE, REPAIR WORKS, Differential housing rear support bushing.

2. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of the right support to a case of differential.

3. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of differential to a forward support.



4. Screw in a bolt of fastening of a forward support of a subframe.

5. Take the differential away from the support and remove the front support.

Installation

1. Move the differential away from the mount and install the front mount.



2. Use the LRT-51-013 tool to position the differential housing in the correct position.

3. Screw in the bolt securing the support to the subframe and tighten it to 120 Nm.

4. Screw in the bolt securing the front support to the differential housing and tighten it to 65 Nm.

5. Tighten the right support mounting bolts to 65 Nm.

6. Install the left foot.
