Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel (wheels).
3. Remove the bottom motor shield.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
4. Using a wrench, remove the two nuts and disconnect the stabilizer links from the stabilizer bar.
5. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of rubber-metal supports of a bar of the stabilizer to a stretcher. Do not discard the brackets and rubber pads of the supports.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a support of the engine to a crankcase.
7. Place a support under the front subframe.
8. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of back silent blocks of both lower levers.
9. Turn away and throw out 2 bolts of fastening of a forward stretcher to a body.
10. Lower the front subframe to disengage the anti-roll bar.
11. Remove the anti-roll bar.
Installation
1. Connect the anti-roll bar.
2. Raise the front subframe and align it with the body.
3. Establish new bolts of fastening of a subframe to a body and tighten them with the moment of 190 Nanometers.
4. Install the bolts of the rear silent blocks of the lower arms and tighten them with a torque of 105 Nm.
5. Connect the engine support and tighten the bolt of its fastening with a torque of 100 Nm.
6. Position the pads and stabilizer bar support brackets against their seats.
7. Establish bolts of fastening of rubber-metal support of a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and tighten them with the moment of 23 Nanometers.
8. Connect the stabilizer links to the stabilizer bar. Install new nuts and tighten with a wrench to 45 Nm.
9. Replace the lower engine shield.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
10. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
11. Remove props and lower the car.
