Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel (wheels).
3. Turn away two bolts of fastening of a brake support to a nave.
4. Remove the caliper from the disc and secure to the side.
CAUTION: Do not let the caliper hang on the brake hose.
5. Turn out 2 screws of fastening of a brake disk to a flange of a nave of a wheel.
6. Remove the brake disc from the wheel hub flange.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the brake disc and hub flange.
2. Install the brake disc on the hub flange, tighten the fastening screws and tighten them with a torque of 5 Nm.
3. Clean the mating surfaces of the brake caliper and hub.
4. Position the caliper on the brake disc, tighten the bolts and tighten them to 100 Nm.
5. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
6. Remove props and lower the car.
