Sunroof seal (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the pads from the front supports of the side rails.

2. Remove the 4 Torx bolts securing the front side rail supports.

3. Remove the front and rear roof linings.

4. Remove glass panels and T-bar.

5. Remove the inner sunroof seal.



6. Starting at the corners, remove the seal located between the roof and gutter.

7. Remove the chute seal.

Installation

1. Attach the seal to the roof.

2. Starting at the corners, install the seal between the roof and gutter.

3. Install the inner seal.

4. Install T-bar and glass cover.

5. Install roof trims.

6. Make sure the side rail gaskets are in place. Install the rails in place and secure with Torx bolts. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 22 Nm.

7. Establish overlays of support of lateral reylingov.
