Dismantling
WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out any work on the SRS system before reading the relevant sections of the Manual.
WARNING: When removing, checking and installing the seat belt pretensioner, do not lean over it or point the free end of the piston cylinder toward you.
WARNING: Always remove the ignition key, disconnect the battery, and wait 10 minutes before attempting any repair or maintenance work on the SRS.
1. Remove the right back seat.
SEATS, REPAIR WORKS, Rear right seat.
2. Turn away 2 screws and remove a cover of an inertia coil of a seat belt.
3. Turn away a nut and remove an inertial coil.
4. Turn away 5 screws and remove both covers of fastenings of a seat belt.
5. Remove the 3 Torx bolts and remove the seat back from the cushion.
6. Release the rear part of the seat cushion upholstery from its attachment to the frame.
7. Release the front and side parts of the pillow upholstery from the attachment to the frame.
8. Remove the cushion along with the upholstery from the frame.
9. Turn away a bolt Torx fastenings of the lock of a seat belt and remove the lock.
Installation
1. Install the seat belt buckle on the seat base and tighten the bolt to 32 Nm.
2. Install the seat cushion on the base.
3. Fix the front and sides of the cushion to the frame.
4. Attach the back of the seat cushion to the frame.
5. Install the seatback and tighten the Torx bolts.
6. Install the seat belt anchor covers and tighten their fastening screws.
7. Install the inertial coil on the seat back and tighten the nuts of its fastening with a torque of 32 Nm.
8. Install the cover of the inertial coil and tighten the screws of its fastening.
9. Reinstall the rear seat.
