Dismantling
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the 8 screws securing the fender liner to the bumper and remove the fender liner to provide access.
3. Remove the 4 screws securing the bumper to the lower engine guard.
4. Turn away 3 self-tapping screws of fastening of a bumper to a crossbar.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlights/fog lights.
6. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of a back part of a bumper to a wheel arch.
7. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of a bumper to the panel of the lock of a cowl.
8. Together with a partner, grasp the sides of the bumper and carefully slide the bumper forward to release it from its mountings.
CAUTION: Before removing or installing body panels or bumpers, be sure to protect adjacent panels to prevent damage to paintwork.
9. Remove the front bumper.
NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.
10. Remove the front registration plate.
11. Remove the clips securing the emblem to the grille, remove the emblem and discard the clips.
12. Release from fastening and remove from a bumper a rim of a headlight/fog lamp.
13. Turn away 6 screws of fastening of a headlight / fog lamp to a bumper.
14. Turn out 6 nuts from a bumper.
Installation
1. Screw 6 nuts to the bumper.
2. Install the headlight/fog light on the bumper and fix it with screws.
3. Install the headlamp/fog lamp bezel on the bumper.
4. Install the emblem on the grille.
5. Install the registration plate.
6. With the help of a partner, install the bumper assembly.
7. Be convinced that adjusting ledges of a bumper have entered into corresponding grooves.
8. Wrap and tighten bolts of fastening of a bumper to wings.
9. Connect the electrical connectors to the headlights/fog lights.
10. Wrap screws of fastening of a bumper to the panel of the lock of a cowl.
11. Screw the screws into the cross member.
12. Install the screws that secure the bumper to the lower engine shield.
13. Install and align the fender liner. Tighten their fastening screws.
14. Close the hood.
