Cooling Fan Shroud 2.7L (Discovery 3)

Removing

1.

WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out work on a vehicle standing on only one jack. Always support the vehicle with jack stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the cooling fan assembly. For more information refer to Cooling Fan (26.25.19)

3. Remove the panel that blocks access to the radiator. Turn out 4 bolts.



4. Disconnect hoses and pipes of system of cooling from the lower casing.



5. Remove the bottom cooling fan shroud.

• Release 2 clips.
• Remove the screw.

Installation

1. Install the lower cooling fan shroud.

• Tighten the screw.
• Fasten with clips.

2. Install the cooling system hoses and tubes on the lower casing.

3. Install the panel that blocks access to the radiator. Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).

4. Install the cooling fan assembly. For more information refer to Cooling Fan (26.25.19)
