Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification
2. Remove the right row cylinder head assembly. For more information refer to Right Cylinder Head (12.29.05)
3. Remove the torque converter flexible plate. For more information refer to Floppy Disk (12.53.13)
4. Remove the plug of the intermediate shaft of the cylinder block. Move the part to remove it.
5. Using the special tool, remove the right countershaft drive cassette and sprocket bolt. Loosen and discard the Torx head bolt.
6. Remove the camshaft drive cassette assembly.
- Remove the chain guide bolt.
- Remove the O-ring and discard it.

NOTE: Do not proceed with further disassembly if the part is being removed only for access.
Disassemble the cassette assembly.
- Release the wire tie.
- Remove sprockets and chain.
- Clean the parts and check them for wear.
Installation
1. Assemble the cassette.
- Install chain and sprockets.
- Secure the pieces with wire ties.
- Install a new sealing ring.
- tighten bolt (tightening torque 12 Nm).
4. Establish a cap of an intermediate shaft of the block of cylinders. Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.
5. Install the torque converter flexible plate. For more information refer to Floppy Disk (12.53.13)
6. Establish a head of cylinders of the right number in gathering. For more information refer to Right Cylinder Head (12.29.05)
7. Connect the wire "masses" to the battery. For more information, refer to Specification
