Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information refer to Specification.
2. Remove the right exhaust manifold. For more information refer to Right Exhaust Manifold (30.15.11)
3. Remove camshafts of the right number of cylinders.

WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out work on a vehicle standing on only one jack. Always support the vehicle with jack stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
5. Loosen the positive crankcase ventilation tube. Turn out a bolt.
6. Loosen the hose to remove air from the system. Release the clamp.
7. Remove the coolant elbow from the cylinder head.
- Release the two mounting clips and disconnect the hoses.
- Turn out 4 bolts.
- Remove and discard o-rings.
8. Remove hydraulic lifters and rocker arms as an assembly.

WARNING: Do not place the cylinder head with the contact surface down. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.
ATTENTION: Clean off the old gasket only with a plastic scraper.
Remove the right row cylinder head assembly.
- Remove and discard the eight cylinder head bolts.
- Remove the cylinder head gasket and discard it.
Installation
1. Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.
2. Check up a surface of a head of cylinders about roughnesses in the central part and on corners. For more information refer to Specification.
3.
CAUTION: The cylinder head gasket must be installed on the cylinder block pins.
Install a new cylinder head gasket.

NOTE: The cylinder head bolts are tightened in the sequence shown in four steps.
Establish a head of the left number of cylinders in gathering.
- Install new cylinder head bolts.
- The cylinder head bolts are tightened evenly, in the specified sequence in four steps.
- Step 1: tightening torque 20 Nm.
- Step 2: tightening torque 40 Nm.
- Step 3: tightening torque 80 Nm.
- Step 4: Tighten the bolts another 180 degrees.
5. Install hydraulic lifters and rocker assemblies.
6. Establish an elbow branch pipe of system of cooling on a head of cylinders.
- Install new o-rings.
- Screw in the four bolts and tighten them (tightening torque 10 Nm).
- Connect the hoses and secure with clamps.
8. Attach the positive crankcase ventilation tube. tighten bolt (tightening torque 10 Nm).
9. Establish camshafts of the right number of cylinders.
10. Install the right exhaust manifold. For more information refer to Right Exhaust Manifold (30.15.11)
11. Connect the wire "masses" to the battery. For more information, please refer to Specification.
