Mass air flow sensor (MAF) 2.7L (Discovery 3)

Removing

1. Disconnect a wire of weight from the storage battery. For more information refer to Specification.

2. Release the air outlet pipe.

• Remove 2 screws.
• Release the clamp.

3. Remove the right air filter assembly.

• Disconnect the electrical connector.
• Detach the air filter from the 2 bushings.

4. Remove the MAF sensor.

• Remove 2 Torx head screws.
• Remove the O-ring.

Installation

NOTE: Reinstall the elements in reverse order.

When installing the air filter, make sure that the dowel pins fit into the bushings.
