Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information refer to Specification.

WARNING: When dismantling the outer parts, always protect the paintwork and glass from damage.
Remove the upper brake light.
- Carefully cut off the sealant with a glazier's knife.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Disconnect the washer hose.

NOTE: If the disassembly was done only to provide access to other components, then no further disassembly operations should be performed.
Remove the washer nozzle.
Installation
1. Install the washer nozzle.
2. Carefully remove the sealant from the body to create a smooth surface.
3. Establish the top stoplight. Make sure the alignment is correct.
4. Remove the top stoplight.
5. Apply pickling primer to bare metal.
6. Apply a primer to the pickling primer.
7. Apply an activating compound to the upper brake light.
8. Install the orifice on the caulk cartridge, remove the cap, shake the crystals, and place the cartridge on the caulk gun.
9. Apply sealant in an even layer 8.0 m wide and 15.0 mm high, starting at the outer edge of the upper brake light.
10. Establish the top stoplight.
- Connect the washer nozzle hose.
- Connect and secure the electrical connector.
