Removing
1. Remove the driver's airbag module. For more information, refer to Driver Airbag Module (76.74.01)

CAUTION: If the steering wheel alignment marks were not aligned prior to removing the steering wheel, they should be aligned at reassembly, the steering wheel angle sensor should also be calibrated using Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, and an adjustment test should be performed on all four wheels. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.
Before removing the steering wheel, make sure it is properly adjusted.

CAUTION: Make sure the wheels are in a straight-line position. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to parts.
NOTE: Note the position of the steering wheel in relation to the steering column.
Remove the steering wheel.
- Fix a steering wheel and turn out a bolt.
- Disconnect the steering wheel switch electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not proceed with further disassembly if the part is being removed only for access.
Remove the steering wheel switch.
- Remove 2 Torx screws.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Repeat the above procedure on the other side.
5. Remove the steering wheel cover. Release 4 clamps.
6. Disconnect the wiring harness.
Installation
1. Connect the wiring harness.
2. Install the steering wheel cover. Fasten with clips.
3. Install the steering wheel switch.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Tighten the Torx screws.
- Repeat the above procedure on the other side.

Correctly adjust the steering wheel relative to the steering column.

ATTENTION: The correct installation of the clock spring is carried out by the yellow mark, which is visible through the window on the surface of the clock spring. If the mark is not visible, carefully turn the clock spring. If the resistance to rotation begins to increase before the mark appears, change the direction of rotation to avoid damage to the part.
Carefully install the steering wheel, engage it with the clock spring and align it with the steering column. tighten bolt (tightening torque 63 Nm).
6. Install the driver airbag module. For more information, refer to Driver Airbag Module (76.74.01).
