Removing
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the mudguard of the right front fender. Remove 4 clips.
3. Remove the left front mudguard. For more information refer to Fender Mudguard (76.10.48)
4. Remove the radiator panel. Turn out 4 bolts.

CAUTION: Be sure to plug all open connections to avoid contamination of the system.
Disconnect the high pressure line from the power steering pump.
- Loosen and remove the power steering pump line.
- Let the liquid drain into a container.
- Remove and discard 2 sealing washers.
6. Loosen the power steering line support bracket.
- Loosen the nut.
- Release the hose.
7. Disconnect the high pressure line from the power steering.
- Turn out a bolt.
- Release the power steering line.
- Remove the O-ring and discard it.
8. Remove the high pressure steering line.
Installation
1. Install the steering high pressure line.
2. Connect the high pressure line to the power steering mechanism.
- Install the sealing ring.
- Attach the power steering high pressure line.
- Tighten the bolt with a torque of 25 Nm.
3. Install the power steering line support bracket.
- tighten the nut (tightening torque 10 Nm).
- Secure the hose with a clamp.

CAUTION: Be sure to plug all open connections to avoid contamination of the system.
Connect the high pressure line to the power steering pump.
- Install new sealing washers.
- Connect the power steering pump high pressure line.
5. Install the radiator panel. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 10 Nm.
6. Install the left front mudguard. For more information refer to Fender Mudguard (76.10.48)
7. Install the right front fender mudguard. Fasten the clamps.
8. Refill power steering fluid and bleed air from system. For more information, refer to Filling and Bleeding the Power Steering System.
