Differential lock module (Discovery 3)

Removing

1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification

2. Remove the rear trim panel.

3. Loosen the parking aid assembly. Loosen 2 nuts.



4. Remove the differential lock.

• Disconnect 3 electrical connectors.
• Turn out 3 bolts.

Installation

1. Install the differential lock.

• Insert and tighten bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
• Connect and secure the electrical connectors.

2. Install the parking aid module. Tighten nuts (tightening torque 10 Nm).

3. Install the rear trim panel.

4. Connect wire "masses" to the battery. For more information, refer to Specification

5. Use T4 to calibrate the new lockout unit.
