Removing
1.
WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always place the vehicle on secure stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel assembly with tires.
3. Disconnect both struts from the stabilizer bar. Loosen 2 nuts.
4. Remove the lower engine protection. For more information refer to Motor Protection (76.10.50)
5. Remove the front axle cross member. Turn out 4 bolts.
6. Remove the stabilizer bar bushing. Loosen 4 nuts. Remove the stabilizer bar clamps.
7. Remove the anti-roll bar. Remove the stabilizer bar through the left wheel arch.
Installation
1. Install the stabilizer bar. Insert the stabilizer bar through the left wheel arch.
2. Install the stabilizer bar bushing. Install the stabilizer bar clamps. Tighten nuts (tightening torque 115 Nm).
3. Install the front axle cross member. Tighten 4 bolts (tightening torque 115 Nm).
4. Install the lower engine protection. For more information refer to Motor Protection (76.10.50)
5. Attach both struts to the stabilizer bar. Tighten nuts (tightening torque 115 Nm).
6. Install wheels and tires. Tighten wheel nuts (tightening torque 140 Nm).
