Windshield washer pump (Discovery 3)

Removing

1.

WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always place secure supports under the vehicle.

Raise the car and place it on stands.

2. Remove the mudguard of the left wing.

For more information refer to Fender Mudguard (76.10.48)

3. Disconnect the windshield washer pump hoses. Drain the fluid from the washer reservoir.

4. Disconnect the windshield washer pump electrical connector.

5. Remove the windshield washer pump. Discard the O-ring.

Installation

1. Install the windshield washer pump. Install a new sealing ring.

2. Connect the windshield washer pump electrical connector.

3. Connect the windshield washer pump hoses.

4. Install the wing mudguard.

5. Lower the car.

6. Pour fluid into the windshield washer reservoir.
