Removing
All cars
WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always place secure supports under the vehicle.
Raise the car and place it on stands.
2. Remove both taillight assemblies. For more information refer to Rear light assembly (86.40.70)
3. Remove both moldings of panels of a back lateral part of a body. For more information, refer to Rear Side Panel Molding (76.43.55)
4. Turn out 4 screws, 2 bolts and release 2 clips of an overlay of a back bumper.
5. With assistance, remove the 4 clips from the inner edge of the bumper trim.
- Tilt tailgate to gain access.
- Open the tailgate cover.
6. Remove an overlay of a back bumper.
- Release 12 clips.
- Disconnect the park assist sensor harness electrical connector (if installed).

NOTE: Do not proceed with further disassembly if the part is being removed only for access.
Remove the towing device hole plug. Remove 2 screws.
8. Remove the rear bumper trim panel. Release 11 clips.
9. Remove the bumper insert. Remove 3 screws.

10. Remove the parking aid sensor harness. Disconnect 4 electrical connectors.

11. Remove the parking aid sensor.
- Release 2 clips.
- Repeat the above procedure for the remaining three sensors.

12. Remove the decorative panel of the gauge of the system of the help at a parking.
- Release 3 clips.
- Repeat the above procedure for the bezels of the other three sensors.
Installation

1. Install the parking aid sensor trim panels.

2. Install the parking aid sensors.

3. Install the parking aid sensor harness. Connect electrical connectors.
4. Install the bumper insert.
- Fasten (if there) wiring harness for park assist sensors.
- Tighten the screws.
6. Install the towing device hole plug. Tighten the screws.
7. Install rear bumper trim
- Connect the Parking Assist Sensor Harness Electrical Connector (if there).
- Engage clamps.
- Tighten the screws.
- Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
9. Install both taillight assemblies. For more information refer to Rear light assembly (86.40.70)
