Seat guide (Discovery 3)

Removing

1. Remove the front seat belt buckle. For more information refer to Front seat belt buckle (76.73.30)

2. Remove the side trim of the front seat cushion.

• Remove 2 Torx head screws.
• Release 4 clips.

3. Remove the front seat base.

• Remove the screw.
• Release 2 clips.

4. Remove the front seat base. Remove 6 nuts.



5. Remove the front seat cushion assembly.

• Release and disconnect 2 electrical connectors.
• Remove 4 Torx head screws.

6. Remove the front seat skid assembly. Remove 4 Torx head screws.

Installation

1. Install the front seat rail assembly. Tighten Torx Head Bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).

2. Install the front seat cushion assembly.

• Tighten Torx Head Bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
• Connect and fix electrical connectors.

3. Install the front seat base. Tighten nuts (tightening torque 25 Nm).

4. Install the front seat base.

• Fasten the clamps.
• Tighten the screw.

5. Establish lateral facing of a pillow of a forward seat.

• Fasten the clamps.
• Tighten the screws.

6. Install the front seat belt buckle. For more information refer to Front seat belt buckle (76.73.30)
