Rear seat belt buckle with seat 40/20/40 (Discovery 3)

Removing

1. Remove the seatback hinge inner cover.

• Release the side clip of the seatback upholstery.
• Remove the screw.
• Release 2 clips.

2. Remove lateral facing of a pillow of a back seat.

• Remove 2 screws.
• Remove the tension tape.

3. Remove the belt buckle without danger.

• Fold the rear seat forward.
• Remove the Torx head bolt.
• Release tension spring.

Installation

1. Install the belt buckle without danger.

• Attach tension spring.
• Tighten Torx Head Bolt (tightening torque 25 Nm).
• Fold the rear seat back.

2. Establish lateral facing of a pillow of a back seat.

• Attach the tension strap.
• Tighten the screws.

3. Install the seatback hinge inner cover.

• Lock the clamps.
• Tighten the screw.
• Engage the side clip of the seatback upholstery.
