Removing
NOTE: The sunroof panel is provided with reinforcement for the roof opening.
NOTE: This procedure removes the sunroof panel. For fixed roof models, the procedure is similar.
1. Disconnect both wires from the battery. For more information refer to Specification.
2. Remove both side airbag modules. For more information, refer to Curtain Side Airbag Module (76.74.40)
3. Remove the windshield. For more information refer to Windshield (76.81.01)
4. Remove both rear fixed windows. For more information refer to Rear Side Window Glass (76.81.20)
5. If applicable, remove the sunroof panel. For more information refer to Sunroof (76.84.01)
6. If applicable, remove the sunroof panel glass. For more information refer to Glass Roof Panel (76.81.05)
7. Remove both front seats. For more information refer to Front Seat (78.10.44/99)
8. Remove the rear seat. For more information refer to Rear Seat - Vehicle Included: 60/40 Split Seat (78.10.70/78.10.71)
9. Release the wiring harness from both A-pillars.
10. Release the wiring harness from the roof.
11. Remove the tailgate.
12. Remove both front and rear door seals.
13. Remove the rear door opening seal.
14. Remove the seat belt pretensioners for both front seats. For more information, refer to Front Seat Belt Retractor (76.73.13)
15. Remove both second row seat belt pretensioners. For more information, refer to Second row seat belt retractor (76.73.23)
16. If applicable, remove both third row seat belt pretensioners. For more information, refer to Third row seat belt retractor (76.73.28)
17. Loosen the carpet.
18. Remove the lining of the luggage compartment.
19. Remove a carpet covering of a luggage space.

Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order to dismantling.
