Rear door trim panel (Discovery 3)

Removing

1.

ATTENTION: First release the 2 lower clamps using the access holes.

Install the handrail cover. Release 4 clips.

2. Turn out the screw of fastening of a cable of remote control of the lock of a door. Remove the screw cover.



3. Release the tailgate trim panel.

• Remove 6 screws.
• Release 13 clips.

4. Disconnect a cable of system of remote opening of the lock of a door.



5. Remove the rear door trim panel. Disconnect 4 electrical connectors.

NOTE: Do not proceed with further disassembly if the part is being removed only for access.

Remove the rear door remote release handle. Starting from the bottom edge, carefully release the handle of the remote opening system.



7. Remove a lamp of illumination of a threshold. Carefully remove the lamp.



8. Remove the power window control switch. Carefully release the clamps.


9. Remove the tweeter.



10. Release 9 clips.

Installation

1. Install the power window control switch. Engage clamps.

2. Install the tweeter. Engage clamps.

3. Establish a lantern of illumination of a threshold.

4. Install the tailgate remote release handle.

5. Install clips.

6. Establish the panel of furnish of a back door.

• Connect electrical connectors.
• Attach the remote door lock cable.
• Engage clamps.
• Tighten the screws.

7. Screw in the screw of fastening of system of remote opening of the lock of a door. Fasten the screw cover.

8. Install the handle cover.
