Accessory drive belt intermediate pulley — removal and installation (Defender 2007+)

Removing

1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery.

2. Remove the cooling fan.

For more information, see chapter: Cooling fan (303-03 Engine cooling - Diesel engine ID4 2.4L, Removal and installation).

3. Loosen the accessory drive belt. Turn the accessory drive belt tensioner in a clockwise direction.



4. Remove the accessory drive belt pulley.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order.

• Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.
• tighten bolt (tightening torque 48 Nm).

2. Connect the wire "masses" to the battery.
