Removing
NOTE: *This procedure is applicable to 110 and 130 models starting with the following VIN:
- 110 without ABS - 638164
- 110 with ABS - 638249
- 110 Heavy Duty and 130 without ABS - 638224
- 110 Heavy Duty and 130 without ABS - 638134
1. Raise the back of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with jack stands.
2. Put control marks on the flanges of the propeller shaft to facilitate subsequent assembly.
3. Turn away four nuts and turn out bolts of fastening of a cardan shaft to a case of differential. Release the cardan shaft and tie it aside.
4. Using tool LRT-51-003 to hold the final drive gear flange, remove the flange mounting bolt.

CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the oil seal groove.
Remove the drive gear flange. Install a container to catch the escaping oil and, using a suitable lever, remove the drive gear oil seal and discard it.
Installation
1. Clean the oil seal groove and drive gear flange.
2. Lubricate the sealing lip of the NEW oil seal with clean gear oil.
3. Using tool LRT-51-009, install the pinion oil seal.
4. Install the final drive gear flange.
5. Hold the flange using tool LRT-51-003 and screw in the bolt. Tighten the bolt to 100 Nm.
6. Connect the propeller shaft to the differential housing and align the reference marks.
7. Screw in the flange bolts and tighten to 48 Nm.
8. Add oil to the differential.
9. Remove supports and lower the car.
