Parking brake switch (Defender 2007+)

Removing

1. Remove the cover from the parking brake lever.

2. Turn out two bolts and disconnect the parking brake lever from a body.

3. Release the connector on the parking brake switch.

4. Turn out 2 screws of fastening of the gauge switch of a lay brake to the lever of a lay brake and remove the switch.

Installation

1. Install the parking brake switch to the parking brake lever and tighten the screws.

2. Install the electrical connector on the parking brake switch.

3. Install the parking brake lever and tighten the bolts to 22 Nm.

4. Install the cover on the parking brake lever.
