Removing
1. Remove the hub assembly.
For more information, see chapter: Wheel bearing and front wheel hub (204-01 Front suspension, Removal and installation).
2. Turn out 5 bolts of fastening of a nave to a disk.
3.
NOTE: 110/130 options come standard with ventilated discs.
Tap the disc to disengage it from the hub.
Installation
1. Position the disc in the desired position relative to the hub.
2. Apply Loctite 270 to disc bolts and torque to 73 Nm (54 lb-ft).
3. Check the full runout of the disc with a dial gauge; it should not exceed 0.15 mm (0.006 inch). If necessary, correct the disc position.
4. Install the hub assembly.
For more information, see chapter: Wheel bearing and front wheel hub (204-01 Front suspension, Removal and installation).
5. Recovery disks.
6.
NOTE: The disc SHOULD be replaced when the minimum working thickness stamped on the disc is fixed.
Check disc thickness. This dimension can be reduced by machining to a minimum thickness of 12 mm (0.47 inch) in solid discs or up to 22 mm (0.90 inch) in ventilated discs. When machining, the same amount of material should be removed from each surface.
