Front seat back upholstery (Defender 2007+)

Removing

1. Remove the front seat head restraint. Release two clamps.



2. Remove the front seat head restraint rails. Rotate the front seat headrest rails 90 degrees counterclockwise.



3. Remove the bottom overlay of an upholstery of a forward seat.



4. Remove an upholstery of a back of a forward seat. Remove and discard 11 wire rings.

Installation

CAUTION: Care must be taken when installing these wire rings; Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

NOTE: Use pliers to close the wire rings. Do not use any other tools. It is required to close the wire rings with an overlap, as shown in the figure.

Reinstall the elements in reverse order.
