Front seat — removal and installation (Defender 2007+)

Removing

1. Remove the front seat cushion.

For more information, see chapter: Front seat cushion (501-10 Seat, Removal and installation).

2. Remove the two front bolts from the front seat. Disconnect the front seat heating mat electrical connector.



3. Remove the front seat.

• Move the front seats forward.
• Turn out two bolts.
• Remove 8 spacers.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order. Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 23 Nm).
